This dessert spot is clean, and the service is quick!
I'm not really a coffee person unless necessary so I ordered a lychee iced tea and it was so refreshing. When they serve you, they serve you iced teas in a mason jar type glass so it is a lot of tea you're getting. I had to ask for a to-go cup.
We ordered the sizzling brownie and it was pretty tasty, I just wish it was bigger! We also ordered honey toast and trust and believe that three people are able to eat this and be satisfied. We now know that we don't need to order two desserts lol.
Anyways, everything we ordered was delicious and we will probably be back again! -

Womp womp womp!!! I was super excited to get out of my house just for a sweet treat and looked up nearby places that offer coconut cake! From the pictures of the place it looked like they had an amazing selection of sweets!!! Perfect!! Well actually not...
First off this place is tucked away, weirdly I've never seen it the many times I've ate at the pho place a few doors down.
So we walk in and the staff is busy doing things and hands us menus as we approached the counter. The dessert case looked so sad. They had tiramisu, chocolate cake and some kind green cake, I'm assuming green tea cake..?
Anyhow, we were pretty turned off by the appearance, the staff and just not having a good selection. So we went to another place and got the coconut cake.
Don't think I'd try to come back another time.. -

Super cute. I really enjoyed the toast. Highly recommended.
This place reminds me of all the little cafes in Asia. Cute. A few products, but really good. Lots of choices in drinks. -

Hmmm... so why does this place have high reviews? What did I miss? Oh yeah, like 99 percent of the pastries illustrated on their yelp page. We went there expecting to see all the slices of cakes represented on their yelp page (the cute unicorn, bear, etc..,) but all we saw were what I consider ordinary slices of cake - like chocolate and vanilla. So I was a tad disappointed - I kind of felt like the yelp reviews were misleading, bummer! Anyway, we decided to stay and try their honey toast, with banana and strawberries, ice cream, and chocolate syrup - it was good ... a must try for sure...but nothing out of this world.
My suggestion - stick to the strip, especially if you are on vacation.
FYI:We went on a Tuesday... apparently they only have what yelp advertises on Fridays . Who knew - obviously, not us. Lol. -

Is Sweet was nothing special, a little overrated in my opinion. It's a cute shop for friends to hang out (the place was pretty filled with groups). We came for a little date night while visiting friends in Vegas.
We got the matcha crepe cake w/scoop of strawberry ice cream and a pot of tea. Both were kinda of underwhelming. Maybe we ordered the wrong items?
